Eyes wide open
but I see no soul
Bodies keep walking
but I see no lives
I see them rushing
I see the action
but not the passion
or emotion...
They are all the same
As if a programme has been written
and embodied in the flesh
Directing and controling the minds
Living dead-walkings
How terrifying
Oh dear...
Stay awake...keep dreaming
Never forget
No matter how harsh they pressure you
No matter how hard it tries to mould you
There is no need for conformation
Keep the mind open

Away for a rest turned into a nap
A nap long enough to be called a sleep
A sleep that qualified as dormancy
Stay awake...keep dreaming?
Afraid that might be staying awake
